I have been married to Amey for 22 wonderful years. Amey and I have raised four children and are excited to watch our grandchildren, Nyko, Sophia, Raine, and Matthias, grow to be strong in the Lord! We are excited that God has called us to Bright Christian Church where I have the privilege of serving as Lead Pastor. I completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Cincinnati Christian University. I completed my Master of Divinity in Pastoral Leadership in May 2019. I love to help people grow in a relationship with Jesus Christ and I have a passion for missions both in the United States and Internationally. Amey is very gifted at leading women and helping them overcome habits, hurts and hangups. She is my greatest partner in ministry! Together, we will love and lead the BCC family.

Dustin has been married to his beautiful bride, Felisha, for 15 years. They graduated in 2008 from Cincinnati Christian University and are extremely excited that God called them to serve the students and families at Bright Christian Church. They have four children that are a wonderful blessing to their lives.Dustin enjoys spending time with his family, playing disc golf, and spending time pouring into the lives of students, volunteers, and parents. He also has a great passion for acquiring FUN socks and hats. Dustin loves serving the body of Christ here at Bright!

Kristina married her high school sweetheart, Kevin, in 2004. They have eight children and one son-in-law. In 2010, Kristina graduated from Fortis College with an Associate Degree in Nursing. She worked for several years as a registed nurse before deciding to become the CEO of her household. Recently, she began classes at Johnson University to obtain a degree in Chistian Ministry Studies. As the Children's Ministry Director, she enjoys sharing the great news of Jesus with the children by getting them actively involved in the lesson and stories. She is excited to walk with parents while they raise their children in the Lord.

Jared has been attending Bright for 10 years. He began leading worship during high school for the youth ministry here at BCC. Jared graduated from the University of Cincinnati in the spring of 2023, studying Medical Sciences with a double minor in Public Health and Integrative Medicine.

Jared has been serving on the worship team for six years now and has a passion for worshiping God through music. He was the worship intern for BCC during the summer of 2020 and came on as a staff member during the summer of 2021. Jared full-heartedly believes that worship is not just singing a song or two, but rather a lifestyle that we are called to live by Jesus. Everything we do should be for His glory alone.

Dominic and his wife Courtnie have been married since June of 2022 and have a beautiful son named Wesley. Dominic received his bachelor's degree in Commercial Music Production from the University of Cincinnati College - Conservatory of Music in 2022. He has been continuing to develop new skills in audio/visual technology. As the Director of Media and Technology, he gets to bring others to Jesus Christ. Whether he's writing music or installing new equipment, he has the privilege of using his God-given talents to bring Him honor and glory!

Linda lives in the Bright community and has been on staff at Bright Christian Church since June of 1990. Linda and her husband Carl have been married for 25 years and have two grown children and four beautiful grandchildren who bring them great joy. Linda values time with her family and friends and enjoys photography, being creative, hiking, and spending time outdoors admiring God’s magnificent creation. Linda graduated from the Executive Secretarial School at Diamond Oaks and immediately went to work at Proctor and Gamble's main offices at the age of 17. After having children, she decided to work part time and was hired at BCC. In her position as office manager, she feels blessed to work alongside a great staff and leadership team who adhere to sound biblical doctrine and deeply follow BCC's mission to Love God, Love People, and Impact our World. Linda has a passion for missions and is grateful for all who work on the mission field, both local and global, as they are obedient to Jesus' command in Matthew 28:19 to "go and make disciples"

Tina began working in the office at Bright Church in 2016. She loves her job and considers it a joy to get to work with a great staff team and to serve her church family. She loves helping with the senior citizen ministry and the Grief Share support group. Tina was born and raised in Bright, attended East Central High School, and took classes at UC Blue Ash. She moved away and came back in 2010 and began attending BCC. She is married to Tony and they have 4 children and 2 grandsons.

Betty was born here in Bright, Indiana and has lived here all her life. She and her twin sister, Patsy, share a home together on State Line Road. She volunteered as treasurer for Bright Christian Church for 20 years while working her regular job as an accountant. After retirement, she and Patsy ran a catering business for 10 years. Now she is enjoying working with Rhonda as co-treasurer for Bright Christian Church again.

Rhonda Posey has been a member of Bright since 1997. She has lived in the area her entire life, and was married to Randy for 31 years before his passing in 2012. Rhonda has two children, Ryan (teaching in Spain) married to Alba Martinez, and Rachel (teaching at Bright Elementary) married to Zac Strobl. Rachel and Zac have two beautiful children, Lilianna and Lincoln. Rhonda also serves as a board member of Bright Christian Preschool. She loves to spend time with her children and grandchildren, travel and go birdwatching.

Caleb has been married to Danielle since September of 2021. Together they are raising their wonderful little boy Matthias, who they get to show Christ to every day. Danielle leads a Women's Marriage Bible study to help grow herself and other women. Caleb serves as the Facilities Supervisor and has been in the construction field, ran his own business, and with contracting companies to complete projects for clients. As Caleb keeps growing, he is blessed to be able to use his gifts for God's kingdom work, maintaining and improving the quality and comfort for Bright Christian Church.

In October of 2023, John and his wife Kathy celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. They have three children: Jodi, Jennifer (deceased) and John; and three grandchildren: Jared, Ryan and Morgan. John attended Indiana University Northwest campus for Business Administration Studies, Ivy Tech Valparaiso for HVAC Technologies, and BOMI International for Building Systems Maintenance Certifications. After a 40-year career in Facilities Management/Administration, John retired in October of 2020. His facilities work history included management of banking, hospitality and senor living community operations. The common requirement to be successful in all three environments was having the spirit to serve. John and Kathy relocated to West Harrison from Indianapolis in 2021. Upon becoming members of BCC in February of 2022, John had the opportunity to serve one afternoon a week in the church office. When the Facilities Supervisor position was vacated in December of 2022, he was given the opportunity to fill that position on a part-time basis, awaiting the selection of a new candidate. When the Facilities Supervisor position was filled in November 0f 2023, he was blessed to be able to continue utilizing his gifts in BCC Facilities Administration on a limited basis, providing assistance at the direction of the Facilities Supervisor.

Holly works part time at Bright Christian Church as a housekeeper. She's been married to her husband Wally for 22 years, and they have three awesome children. Holly has been a cosmetologist for 27 years and a bus driver for Sunman-Dearborn Schools for 11 years. She enjoys gardening, traveling, hiking in the woods and loves the beach!

Debbie was married to her husband, David, for 48 years until he passed. She has been at BCC for 45 years and has three children and nine grandchildren. Debbie works part-time as a housekeeper here at Bright Christian Church. Her passion is faith and family. She and her family vacation together, have dinners every Tuesday, and enjoy being together.
